The Terre Rouge Project's Fatherhood Initiative is dedicated to healing the emotional wounds caused by father absence in children, families, and communities. Our mission is to increase father involvement and presence in the lives of children by raising awareness about the negative effects of father absence and fostering collaboration across various sectors.
Through our workshops, panel discussions, and community-driven efforts, we strengthen the bonds between fathers, children, and families, creating a more supportive and nurturing environment for all.
Our unique program equips men in caregiving roles—whether fathers, stepfathers, foster parents, or relative caregivers—with essential parenting skills through an innovative support group model, empowering them to be confident, engaged, and effective parents.
